Fast track high-tech tenant improvement for firm’s relocation to 605 Union Station relied heavily on 3D modeling to assist the design team with constructability. Included demolition of existing tenant improvement and conversion from ACT to open ceiling concept. Open 60,000 square foot space plan with support bars for conference rooms, phone rooms, break-out areas, and private office functions. Finishes include substantial plywood wall and ceiling finishes, exposed polished concrete floors and graphic imagery wall covering throughout. Work occurred beneath occupied office space and involved sharing a freight elevator and off-hours activities for noise and bulk deliveries.
