Carillon Point | Kirkland
Spanning over two phases in the waterfront complex, the Carillon Point tenant improvement transformed an obsolete office into a light-filled, open working environment. Phase 1 included a complete floor to ceiling renovation, features wood wall paneling from Denmark, and required tying the entire space into generator back power. The new floor plan includes: project work rooms, focus rooms, multipurpose/pantry, and several open work areas. Phase 2 included many similar scopes of work, features and finishes to Phase 1, but on a smaller footprint.
