Complex phased project in dense residential neighborhood included demolition of concrete foundation, excavation of site, and precision construction of highly designed 12,550 square foot gymnasium/multi-purpose building. The Northwest’s first independent school to achieve LEED Gold features an innovative rainwater harvest system that recycles water for flushing toilets and irrigating plants; solar power for 5% of energy needs; energy-efficient and recyclable materials throughout; and underground parking garage with alternative fueling site. Project includes 5,000 square feet of landscaping, artificial turf playfield and activity court with climbing wall.
