Second generation, four-story, high-tech office tenant improvement involving select demolition of existing space, construction of new partitions, combination of new and existing ceilings, new flooring, paint throughout and MEP upgrades. A complete re-design of Level 1 included a “Grab & Go” cafeteria, two large multi-purpose rooms and a “temporary landing office.” This required full permit resubmittals from the design team which necessitated phased permit sign-offs. The team was still able to complete a total of 106,000 square feet of construction by the original completion date.

GLY was given an impossible schedule, without adequate information, and dealt with a lot of changes and still met their initial occupancy target. Fantastic job.
