progressive. Much of Jim’s career has focused on developing innovative practices that stay ahead of trends in healthcare design and construction. He’s built projects large and small for nearly every major healthcare provider in the region, and is deeply involved in providing leadership to clients and projects implementing Integrated Project Delivery [IPD] and Lean approaches. Also a committed community volunteer, Jim was named WSSHE Associate of the Year in 2011, due in part to his key role in the Yesler Terrace Head Start renovation project.
