MARY'S PLACE AT THE REGRADE

building a better future for all.

Our corporate social responsibility is guided by our core values and a belief that how we build is just as important as what we build. We strive to operate our business in a manner that values the diversity of each team member and makes a positive impact in our community. This includes a DEI Committee that is focused on integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion into everything we do, inside GLY and outside as an active industry leader. Our shared future depends on it.

DEI in how we build includes:

Education + Advocacy. Understanding bias and inequities through training and conversation, creating a truly inclusive workplace, and empowering employees to be advocates for industry change.

Procurement Equity. Identifying and increasing the number of MWBE firms in our supplier and subcontractor network, expanding partnerships with contractor organizations, and promoting economic stability in the PNW.

Workforce Development. Addressing our industry’s labor shortage by focusing on intentional recruiting, hiring, and promotion practices, setting apprenticeship and mentorship goals, and participating in programs that raise awareness of career opportunities in construction.

Community Engagement. Volunteering time and resources to serve others, individually and collectively giving back, and making actions and results transparent.
